Stayed at a ski hotel just a short distance from Annupuri, with direct access to the slopes and a convenient place to store our ski equipment. The hotel had a cozy and rustic atmosphere, making us feel like we were staying in a traditional ski lodge. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area and recommending nearby restaurants. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast buffet, offering a wide variety of tasty dishes to start our day on the slopes.

My children wanted a larger play area for kids.

The room at Hotel Niseko Alpen was cozy and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. We loved the private bathroom with a bath and bidet, along with the slippers and free toiletries provided. Having a fridge and an electric kettle with green tea in the room was a nice touch. The mountain view from our quadruple room, equipped with an electric kettle and air conditioning, was breathtaking. It was convenient to have a kettle in the room for a quick cup of tea.

Personally, I found the shower/tub combination in the private bathroom a bit inconvenient.

    Skiing Made Easy!

I was amazed at how convenient my stay at Hotel Alpen was. The location couldn't be better, with a ski lift right at the doorstep. I could literally ski in and out effortlessly! The ski lockers in the basement were a boon, providing easy access to my gear. Plus, the hotel is just a short walk from the Hirafu Welcome Centre, making transfers a breeze.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Niseko. the hotel's attention to detail really impressed me. They provided printed information about the area, which was very helpful. Additionally, the hotel's location was unbeatable, right across from the Hirafu welcome center on the hill. This made it incredibly convenient for accessing the ski lifts and exploring the town. The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with the added bonus of a beautiful view over the skifield. It was also great to have the option of sleeping on tatami beds, especially for families. Furthermore, the breakfast offered at the hotel was exceptional, with a healthy portion size and a vast array of delicious options to choose from.

    No significant improvements needed.

The location of the hotel was fantastic! It was situated right next to the ski lifts, making it extremely convenient for skiing and snowboarding. The ski storage facilities were also great, providing lockers for our gear and boot drying equipment. the staff were very helpful and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests we had.

The hotel itself was a bit disappointing. The rooms felt outdated and lacked the luxury feel we were hoping for.

This hotel is a hidden gem, offering great value for money. The prices for the convenience store items are surprisingly reasonable and competitive, which is hard to find in hotels. The rooms, although slightly outdated, are spacious and comfortable with wonderful views over the skifield. Plus, the staff are highly trained and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The breakfast could use a bit more variety for European tourists.

We had a great Easter holiday at this hotel! The location was perfect, just steps away from the ski rental and lift. The spacious rooms comfortably fit our group of four, and we appreciated the lockers provided for our ski equipment. Breakfast was plentiful, with a good selection of Japanese and European dishes. The sauna was a relaxing way to unwind after a day on the slopes. And the friendly staff made us feel at home.

The hotel seemed a bit outdated and could use some renovation. The bathroom was small, and we had trouble finding the right balance of hot and cold water for our showers.

the location was perfect for skiing, with ski-in/ski-out access and easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The staff were helpful and spoke English, making it easy to book dinner reservations. The onsen was a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. The hotel's store was a convenient bonus.

    late-night dining options were limited.

This hotel offers amazing value for money. The renovated rooms are spacious and comfortable, with twin beds for the kids and almost full-size beds for the adults. The view of the lifts from the room is simply breathtaking. Additionally, the location of this hotel is perfect, right on the hill, across from the Hirafu welcome center. It's so convenient to be able to ski-in and ski-out directly from the hotel.

    No complaints, everything was fantastic!

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was on the slope to the ski lifts and right next to the welcome center. It was so convenient to just step out of the hotel and be on the ski lift within minutes. The room was clean and had a wonderful view of the mountains. The service was good and the breakfast selection was huge, with plenty of Japanese and European dishes.

The facilities were quite outdated and could use some renovations.

This hotel was perfectly located right in front of the Grand Hirafu's slopes, with easy access to transportation and everything we needed. The morning breakfast was delicious with a great variety of American and Japanese cuisine. The staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel facilities were impressive, offering a spacious onsen, massage, ganbann yoku, swimming pool.

For us, this hotel was ideal, and we had no negative experiences during our stay.

The ski-in ski-out location was great and we appreciated the heated footpath to nearby restaurants and shops. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options and the staff were generally friendly.

The room was small and outdated with uncomfortable beds. We were disappointed by the crowds at the onsen and the difficulty in finding a spot to relax.

I keep coming back to this place because it's perfect for me. Free Wi-Fi, car park, 24-hour reception, restaurant, and swimming pool. They even helped me print tickets! It has everything I need. Can't wait to come back for my holiday!
